Small Business Task Force: Investment Downtown

Small Business Task Force is hosting a session focused on investment in downtown Fort Dodge's Central Village District. Chad Schaeffer, chief development officer for the City of Fort Dodge, and Danny Hagen, chief financial officer for DEV Partners, will cover investment opportunities downtown and the future of the Trolley Center site, followed by an open Q&A. The session takes place in the Growth Alliance Community Room and is presented in collaboration with Iowa Central Community College, Main Street Fort Dodge, and SBDC. It's free and open to the public, with no registration required.
