This year’s session features Kurt Olson, Vice President of Talent & Culture at UnityPoint Health, who specializes in leadership development, organizational growth, and executive coaching. Kurt will guide attendees through the power of the Enneagram and how understanding your type can strengthen resilience, improve well-being, and elevate your personal and professional life.

Pre-registration is required, and all participants must complete an Enneagram assessment before the event. Please bring your results with you.
