Join Hoppe Development and neighborhood partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the River District! Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at 1pm at 805 3rd Avenue NW in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The River District is an innovative mixed-income housing project that will bring 64 units of housing to Fort Dodge. The development includes 40 affordable rental homes serving households at or below 60% AMI and 24 workforce housing units to support local workers and growing families — all on a revitalized site aligned with the City's long-term vision for the area. The celebration will include opening remarks and light refreshments.
