Art n Craft Supply Swap Saturday ~ November 30~ 1:00pm - 4:00pm Soldier Creek Winery Adults & Families Welcome Help divert materials from landfills & clean out your closets! Bring new or gently used art & craft materials to the Soldier Creek Winery and swap them for something new or price them to sell as used. How to Participate: * Bring your donations to the swap. * Set up your station - Set up begins at 11:30am * Mark your supplies as either FOR SALE, FOR TRADE, or FOR FREE * Items can include, but not limited to, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, sewing, jewelry, quilting, scrapbooking, drawing, painting, unfinished projects....heck, even office supplies Swap Supplies & Refresh Your Stash Guidelines: * Art & Craft Supplies only * You will have access to a banquet table for your use in display, approx 6 feet long (access to 8-10) We would LOVE for you to bring your own if able. * Must be fit for reuse (new or gently used: not expired) * Must fit in your car * When in doubt, ask yourself, would I give this item to my BFF or a local student art club? Items NOT Accepted: * any items that are broken or missing pieces * paint that is dried up, leaking, or otherwise unusable * Brushes or other supplies that are no longer usable. * Spray paint or any aerosols * Art supplies that are flammable or toxic *Any fabric that is dirty, torn, stained, moldy or contains odor. $5.00 entry to shop wristband $20 entry to shop, sell & swap wristband (Vendor) Please email fdfinearts@gmail.com to secure your table.
