Back-to-School Block Party - Community Health Center & UDMO

Community Health Center and Upper Des Moines Opportunity are holding one BIG back-to-School event again this year! Join us for a Community Block Party Tuesday, August 6th at 126 N 10th Street in Fort Dodge Community Health Center of Fort Dodge will have back-to-school to healthcare for kids. Come get their well child checks, immunizations, sports physicals and dental exams done! Upper Des Moines Opportunity will be distributing backpacks filled with the needed supplies for each student. To receive one you must live in Webster County and apply in advance. Pick up an application at their office or call 576-7774 to get one. There will be a free meal starting at 5 pm – Pork burger, beans, chips & water. Many community partners & resources will be here too with games, activities, information and giveaways in the parking lot behind the building from 5 – 8 pm.
