Join us over lunch as our panel of local leaders talks about building a career, leading a team, running a business, and finding balance in the middle of it all. This is an open, honest conversation

Meet the panel:

Andrea Oswald, ARNP — Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional, preventive, and longevity medicine, with nearly 20 years of clinical experience.

Erin Strawn — President of the Iowa Center for Economic Success, where she leads Iowa's only SBA Women's Business Center and a U.S. Treasury-certified CDFI loan fund.

Dr. Jesseka Kaldenberg-Leppert, DPM — Co-owner of Foot and Ankle Center of Iowa, reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon, and Director of the Fit Feet Program for Special Olympics Iowa.

Baileigh Ashbrook — Co-founder, COO, and licensed Financial Advisor at Full Swing Financial Planning, and co-host of the How to Money with Cole & Baileigh podcast.

Abby Stromberg — Owner of Stella's Coffee Shop. A Fort Dodge native, Abby launched Stella's in 2020 from a 1968 vintage camper and grew it into a brick-and-mortar destination for exceptional food, creative coffee, and curated goods by January 2023.

Whether you're just starting out, stepping into leadership, or building something of your own, you'll leave with practical insights and a stronger network.
