Description

We’ve all been there, the conversation you replay in your head, delay on your calendar, or hope somehow resolves itself.

At our Q1 Leading Ladies session, Julie Thorson, Head Coach and CEO at Friendship Haven, will guide us through how to approach tough and uncomfortable conversations with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Drawing from her leadership experience, Julie will share practical strategies for addressing challenges head-on, navigating emotions, and strengthening relationships in meaningful ways.

Whether you’re leading a team, managing change, or simply looking to communicate more effectively, this session will provide tools you can use right away. Strong leadership starts with clear, respectful conversations, and this session will help you lead them well.
